Armand, originally from South Africa, moved to London in 2008 to have new experiences and greater opportunities in life.

After 20 years of working as a fitness trainer and educator, he was drawn to have a deeper understanding of the relationship between mind, body and spirit.

His next journey was one of personal development. This opened his curiosity and passion to study how the embodiment of past experiences impacts our daily lives. It was during this time that he discovered Core Energetics and that it would provide the understanding of the mind body spirit connection he had been searching for. He then embarked on the 4 year practitioner training in Holland. This provided a deep shift in his interaction and relationship with family, friends and colleagues. Core Energetics allowed him to embrace and release his anger to access his true power and full self-expression. At the heart of Armand’s work are his love of life and compassion for the daily struggles of what it means to be human.

He has experience working with a wide variety of issues ranging from low self-esteem, negative body image, anger management, anxiety, sexual orientation and dysfunctional relationships. He works with a broad spectrum of clients of all backgrounds, and is especially interested in the struggles faced in the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender communities. He believes that Core Energetics can address the ignorance, judgement, pain, shame and fear experienced both within these communities and society itself.

Armand’s experience in movement allows him to use his creativity to restore natural movement and energy flow to the body. As a result his clients experience a greater level of aliveness and vitality.

His ability to meet and accept the current reality of each person allows the session to unfold intuitively. At the same time Armand is able to challenge the limiting beliefs of his clients and then support and guide them to create a structure to manifest their desires in life.

Armand brings his full passion, love and high energy to each session facilitating people on their personal journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Armand is currently available to facilitate process groups and workshops.
